By Registering up with Select Your Voucher, you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement and that your membership shall conform to its terms and conditions.

Select Your Voucher shall not be liable for any special indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, relating to participation or inability to participate.

Member acknowledges and agrees that Select Your Voucher neither endorses the contents of advertisements or third parties' Web sites, nor assumes responsibility or liability for the accuracy of material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby.

Select Your Voucher is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers.

Proprietary Rights to Content

Member acknowledges that content (including but not limited to text, sound, photographs, graphics, or other material contained in any Select Your Voucher communication, advertisements, or messages, whether by Select Your Voucher or Select Your Voucher ' advertisers or partners), service and software are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. Member is only permitted to use content, service, or software as expressly authorised by Select Your Voucher, its advertisers and partners, as the case may be.

Modifications

Select Your Voucher reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part thereof, at any time. Any change to the Agreement shall be effective upon posting the modified Agreement on the Select Your Voucher Programme Web site in the Customer Services area under Terms & Conditions and Select Your Voucher notifying the posting of the modified agreement on the home page of this site for a period of 30 days. Member's non-termination or continued use of Select Your Voucher after this period shall be deemed acceptance of the modified agreement.

Select Your Voucher reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Select Your Voucher service with or without notice to Member. Select Your Voucher shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Select Your Voucher exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Select Your Voucher service.

Notices

All notices given by Select Your Voucher to you will be given by email or by general posting on the Select Your Voucher Web site.

Indemnification

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Select Your Voucher, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of this Agreement and your posting of any material on this site.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Select Your Voucher and Member relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter.

Select Your Voucher's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Select Your Voucher in writing.

Reviews, comments, communications and other content

Members of Select Your Voucher may not post and reviews or comments containing anything that is or may be

Obscene

Abusive

Illegal

Threatening

Defamatory

Invasive of privacy

Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of another

Political or commercial solicitation

any form of spam

Select Your Voucher reserves the right to remove or edit content at our discretion. Anything you post you automatically grant Select Your Voucher the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and distribute it in any way it chooses.

Control the Flow of Information
Mail members can opt-in to receive communications regarding Select Your Voucher and its marketing partners via postal mail. At any time, a member can enable or disable this opt-in by contacting Select Your Voucher .

Cancel Account: A member may discontinue participation at any time by submitting a cancel request to Select Your Voucher .

Prize Terms & Conditions

This Prize draw is run by Progressive Digital Media Group Plc in conjunction with our sister website plumprizes.
plumprizes is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws offered are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Progressive Digital Media Group Plc, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
Entry into the prize draw will be given for successfully uploading a voucher or for interacting with one of our advertisers.

The closing date for the win a VW Golf or £15,000 cash prize draw is 01-07-2009.
The prizes are alternatives and the winner can accept one only.
Winners will be selected at random by computer within 7 days after closing date and notified by email within 72 hours.
Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched.
If the winner refuses we reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
If the winner chooses the VW Golf we will place the order and advise the winner of the delivery date at that time. If the winner chooses the cash alternative a cheque will be posted within 28 days of the prize winner being confirmed.
